~ Kuba Textile 24” x 72” with shells ~ DR Congo This African textile measures roughly 24” x 72” (it varies slightly). It has cowry shells woven into it. I acquired this 20 years ago and had no idea what it was. It was recently displayed in public and I was told it was an African textile. The age is unknown. One section has some patches and there are a couple of discolored spots and some rub spots. Please examine the photos carefully. PayPal accepted.
